The Project
San Ysidro Health is a non-profit healthcare organization committed to improving the overall well-being of the communities they serve, with access for all. San Ysidro Health was founded in a three-room house in 1969. Today San Ysidro Health has more than 50 clinics and program sites throughout San Diego County. San Ysidro Health leadership is committed to reducing their carbon footprint and dependence on fossil fuels as much as possible. In addition to its largest solar installation at the administrative offices on Precision Park, two clinic sites have also installed solar while two additional sites are in the process of beginning new solar installations. San Ysidro Health recognizes both the economic and environmental value and is investing in a sustainable future by going solar today.
What They Are Saying
"The environmental benefit of adding solar at San Ysidro Health headquarters and clinics is just the beginning. Financial savings will help meet the increasing need for affordable health and social services for San Diegans now and for future generations."
