The Project

Vista Community Clinic currently has 12 clinics that support over 70,000 patients annually and is a key health provider for the Southern California region. VCC provides healthcare in communities where there are few or no options for care or where systemic barriers to care have been created.

Thanks to the collaborative efforts of Hammond Climate Solutions Foundation and Preserve Calavera, BQuest Foundation was able to support Vista Community Clinic in financing a 16.8 kW solar system at their facility on Horne Street. This solar installation not only promotes sustainability and reduces greenhouse gas emissions but also enables Vista Community Clinic to allocate more resources toward achieving their mission.

What They Are Saying

"Vista Community Clinic is thrilled to add solar power to two more of our facilities. By adding solar power to these clinics, it will allow us to save money, which can be reinvested into our clinics and allow us to continue to provide valuable services to our community. Thanks to support from local partners, these new climate projects are reducing our carbon emission and educating the community about effective climate solutions."

- Fernando Sañudo, CEO of Vista Community Clinic
